Produce

We bring along all of the ingredients with us so no need to worry about shopping for your event! We use specialist suppliers for all of our product sourcing whether it be our meat from Ginger Pig Butchers or our salmon from Loch Duart Salmon – rest assured when you book our service you will be indulging in the finest ingredients available!

Service

Depending on the number of guests in your party you can expect to be greeted by your personal chef, waiting staff and sommelier on your event day. They will take care of everything from preparing all of the food, setting the table, serving yourself and guests, keeping the drinks topped up as well as clearing the table and leaving the kitchen looking brand new!

Your Booking

How do I make a booking?

Select the menu you would like, for example our ‘Signature Tasting Menu’. Then you will be taken to the menu page where you can select the date you would like, the number of guests and also add any extras such as wine pairing to your experience. Once added to your basket head over to the checkout page where you can check all the details entered are correct and add any booking notes for your chef to see such as dietary requirements and allergies. You will then be able to pay for your booking with either credit or debit card and will receive a confirmation email shortly after.

How do I find out if there is availability on my selected date?

When adding your selected menu to the basket you will be prompted to input the date required – the mini calendar will then show you available dates to select from.

Can we mix and match the signature tasting menu with the vegan tasting menu on the same booking?

Of course! Add both menus to your basket and checkout like normal.

What if I need to cancel my booking?

Cancellations 7 days prior to the event will receive a full refund. Cancelations 3 days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within the 3 day period leading to the event are not eligible for a refund. Refunds will be directed back to the original payment method and take between 3-5 business days to process.

I am unavailable for the event I booked in a few days but don’t want to lose my deposit. Can I rearrange my booking for another date?

Of course! Simply login to your account and change the date or get in touch with us and we will handle it for you!

Some of our guests don’t like the menu – can they have something else?

Of course – please get in touch and one of our chefs will create a personalised menu for your guest.

I want to have wine pairing with my tasting menu, how can I add this to my booking and will a sommelier join us?

To add wine pairing to your experience simply go to checkout and you will be prompted to add it to your basket. Jakob our in house sommelier creates all of our menu pairings and will join us in the evening to talk your guests through each wine and course.

Is it only Central London you operate in?

The majority of our bookings are in Central London however we are happy to travel outside of London! If you think your destination may be a little too far out you can get in contact with us and we can let you know – usually anything further than 20 miles we would charge a small travel fee.

Do I need a huge kitchen for you to be able to work in?

Not at all – we can work with what you have got! Sometimes it’s helpful to get in touch and send us an email with an image of your kitchen so we can plan accordingly if we need to bring an extra table for plating etc.

How it Works

How does the whole process work?

Simply select the menu and date you’d like and checkout. You will then receive a booking confirmation via email. You will have full access to your team of chefs and waiters to talk about your booking and make any changes necessary. On the day of your event your team will arrive upto 2 hours before the first course is served to set the table and begin preparing your experience. Your chefs and waiting staff will present all of the dishes at the table with an explanation as well as any wine tasting notes courtesy of your sommelier. After the final course has been served simply sit back and relax as your team of chefs and waiting staff leave your kitchen looking brand new!

Dietary requirements & menu changes

Are there any dietary requirements you can’t cater for?

No, we can take care of any dietary requirements – just include them on the message when making your booking or get in touch with us to inform us.

We don’t like the sound of one of the dishes on the tasting menu, can we change it to something else?

Of course! Just let us know which dish you’d like to change and we will create something delicious to replace it with.

There will be children in our party, can you cater for them separately?

Yes, we have a children’s menu and you can also request certain items for us to cater.

These guys catered for a friend's 40th and they were incredible! They brought everything, cooked everything, served everything and even loaded the dishwasher at the end! The food was so delicious - my favourite was probably the different ways they did pork - pork belly and pulled pork - melt in the mouth tender. Usually I hate pulled pork but the chefs version was so succulent I had to go back for seconds. Would definitely recommend them. Such a friendly, professional and hospitable nature and I really, really appreciated the leftovers that I had for the next two days! I also need to give a nod to the white chocolate and matcha cheesecake. Creamy deliciousness. Definitely check them out for all your tasty needs.

Wow wow wow! We booked the team to celebrate my Husband’s 30th Birthday and I am so glad we did. Rather than a weekend trip to London we wanted to do something a little different and Simon certainly delivered. The food was sensational, we did the British Summer 3 courses. There was a perfect amount of time between courses and the set up appeared seamless. We had Jakob serving the dishes and sharing his cocktail secrets and Alex was very efficient in keeping the kitchen spotless, it was like they were never there. Highly recommend for any occasion!

Edward and his colleague came to cook for my friends and I as part of my 40th birthday celebrations. Edward agreed a bespoke menu with me in advance that had me salivating and the reality did not disappoint. Every single dish was delicious and loved by all guests including fussy children! The only complaint was that their tummies couldn't eat more than 2 plates each even though they wanted to! Everything was tidied up and washed up afterwards, with every detail thought of to make it a fuss free and wonderful experience for all. THANK YOU!

From initial email enquiry to the very end of our party Edward and his team were a delight to deal with. They were consummate professionals. I used this company for my 60th birthday and they were amazing. They gave great variety of menu choices including vegan options, they turned up on time, the food and services was great and they cleaned up afterwards so you would never have known they had been there. They were very professional and friendly throughout the evening without being intrusive on our evening. My whole family really enjoyed the experience. I would recommend Edward and the rest of his staff to anyone wanting a very special evening at home. I hope to use them again sometime in the future. They are a bit expensive but for a special occasion it is worth paying for.
